Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling: To respect the time of both our clients and staff, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client on our waiting list. Cancellations or rescheduling requests can be made via phone or email.

No-Show Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notification will be flagged. To continue receiving services at SKYNS, these clients will be required to pay for the missed appointment in full, in addition to a deposit for future appointments. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and availability for all our clients.

Late Arrivals: Clients arriving late may have their treatment session reduced to fit the scheduled time or may need to reschedule their appointment to ensure the best possible experience without inconveniencing the next client. Depending on timing, late arrivals may also be subject to the No-Show Policy.

Consultation Policy: All new clients are required to undergo a consultation before treatment to assess suitability and discuss treatment goals. This ensures a personalized and safe treatment plan is developed for each client.

Treatment Eligibility: SKYNS reserves the right to refuse treatment to anyone deemed not suitable for the procedure or for those with conditions that may affect the safety and effectiveness of the treatments.

Payment Policy: Full payment is required at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Prices for all services are available upon request and are subject to change.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our services, SKYNS does not offer refunds on any treatments received. We strive to provide the highest level of satisfaction and will work with clients to address any concerns.

Privacy Policy: Your privacy is paramount. All client information and treatment records are confidential and will not be disclosed without written consent, except as required by law.

Health and Safety: The health and safety of our clients and staff are our top priorities. We adhere to the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness as mandated by health authorities.

Liability Waiver: All clients are required to sign a liability waiver before undergoing any treatments. This is to acknowledge understanding and acceptance of the risks associated with the procedures.

Feedback and Complaints: We value your feedback. If you have any concerns or complaints, please bring them to our attention immediately so we can address them promptly and effectively.
